• Produce and supply adequate information for the tenants regarding the accommodation to ensure a successful tenancy.

• Rent Setting – We will advise you of a market rent for your accommodation and a minimum market rent will be agreed with you.

• Be proactive in the marketing of your property.

• Accompany prospective tenants to view your property.

• We will administer deposits, in line with legislation, which will be held by The Deposit Protection Scheme.

• Pursue necessary references and/or credit checks. We will obtain details of prospective tenant’s identity and current employment details. Where it is not possible to obtain the above, we will seek guarantors and alternatively seek checks on the guarantors instead.

• We will prepare a Tenancy Agreement in accordance with the 1988 Housing Act. It should be noted that our agreements have been drafted by a solicitor and are regularly reviewed to take into account any new legislation.
