Mark Bruckshaw

Mark first started his career working in the local authority sector. Mark trained through the Chartered Institute of Housing, Institute of Leadership & Management and is qualified in Housing Studies and has experience of working in the social housing sector, the private sector and managing properties from City Centre Living to Hostel type accommodation for young people with challenging backgrounds. Mark specialises in tenancy enforcement and has a legal background around Housing Law. Mark is also a Member of the Board of Management of a Midlands based Housing Association.

Helen Partridge

Helen Partridge

Helen brings with her experience of social housing, private sector housing and new builds. Helen has a proven track record of understanding the dynamics of the industry and the changing demands of customers. As a qualified member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers Helen has a wealth of knowledge around block management and has worked with CALA group, Crest Nicholson, Barratt Homes, Redrow and Swan Hill Homes.

Harish Salhan

Harish Salhan

Harish is the youngest member of the team. Although young in years, Harry has already obtained a business degree, is qualified in Housing Management and is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Harish has a proven track record of dealing effectively with anti social behaviour and lettings.

Christine is arguably the most important member of the team. Christine provides essential administrative support. Christine spent 16 years of her career as a debt advisor and customer service . Christine’s years of working at British Gas coupled with effective credit control skills makes her an invaluable member of Inspire.

John Smith

John Smith

What John Smith doesn’t know, is simply not worth knowing. Fully qualified in plumbing & electrics and with a passion for painting & decorating, John Smith has over 30 years experience in property and building maintenance. John has experience of supervising contractors and is fanatical when it comes to Open Spaces contracts.
